VISUALISE

This is an exhibition of interior design projects completed by the students of the Diploma in Interior Design. It will be hosted at Kahukura, Ara Institute of Canterbury, Christchurch The Visualise exhibition celebrates the talent and dedication of this years’ Diploma in Interior Design students in a format relevant to their chosen career path.

The design work presented not only demonstrates what they have learnt this year, but also the emergence of their own unique styles as they move towards a career in interior design.

iDraught showcases conceptual drawings, technical diagrams and architectural models.

Travel Education Expo

Ara’s annual Travel and Tourism Expo showcases the work of students completing Level 3 and 4 certificates in tourism and travel.

The expo is the result of the knowledge students have gained through class projects, guest speakers, visits to attractions and field trips. Throughout the year, students have learned from our highly trained and experienced tutors, as well as many industry professionals.

EXIT exhibition

EXIT is the final exhibition of projects by the graduating class of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies students.

Exit represents the culmination of three years of hard work and dedication for our final year students in the Bachelor of Architectural Studies. The work not only demonstrates the technical and design capabilities of these students, it also shows how they have merged these capabilities to create their own personal and unique approach to designing spaces.

Engineering Showcase

The Ara Engineering Showcase celebrates the achievements of the graduating class of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology.The exhibition of final-year student projects showcases their hard work, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

We are now taking registrations for our PITCH Model Auditions coming up on Wednesday 21 October 2020, 5-6pm.

 

Te Ara Rewa

Listen, learn, prepare to be inspired by our Bachelor of Māori Language and Indigenous Studies students and Te Puna Wānaka staff as they present Te Ara Rewa!

This innovative show uses Te Reo Māori, waiata kīnaki, and mōteatea to share students’ projects and research together with their journey at Te Puna Wānaka and their future direction.
